At Christmas we celebrate God - The Word - becoming flesh in the person of Jesus and making His home with us forever - promising never to leave us! Walking with Jesus is a beautiful whole life adventure! One of the ways we can walk with Him is in reading through the written Word - the Bible. It can be an incredibly rewarding journey of discovery - like turning a diamond and having the light illuminate a certain facet you didn't see before!
It's helpful on your journey to have a plan for the year ahead to help guide you. We have a few different reading plans on the website to help guide you through the bible in a year. Each take a different approach. There's also a great resource called YouVersion which offers shorter specific daily readings on various topics.
As we begin 2024 - it's a great time to start a bible reading plan as a way of being intentional about a relationship with God and listening to Him speak to you and fill your heart with the Good News of His truth and grace! Then we can encourage each other as we discover how He walks with us daily!
